When the paint spots or paint flow marks appear on the electrophoretic coating profile, to a large extent, it is because the drain angle or the dripping time after the electrophoresis washing is not well controlled, or because of it. The coating material sags a lot, and acid and alkali water drops appear on the conductive beam.
Faced with the paint spots on the electrophoretic processing coating profiles and the phenomenon of paint flow marks, the solution to this defect is that the residence time after electrophoresis grooving must be within 1 min. After that, it can be extended after electrophoresis. For the washing time, you must also pay attention to increase the circulation volume of the RO1/RO2 washing tank; or start the recovery on the RO2 to reduce the solid content from the tank and the leachate angle is greater than 20 degrees; for the dripping time, it is also necessary Note that it should be more than 5 minutes; in the middle, it should be fixed by adding a vertical rod.
Because electrophoresis processing is different from general inorganic electrolyte electric field, it will be different from electroplating. The main thing is the conductivity of electrodeposited materials.
When electrophoresis processing is electroplating, the conductivity between electrodes will not change after electrodeposition, but the organic coating will have insulating properties, so when the water-based paint is electroplated, it will follow With the progress of electrodeposition, the resistance between electrodes changes significantly. Therefore, when carrying out technical design, we must pay attention to selecting the method according to the method of painting, the material of the painted part and its surface condition.
