一、車(chē)輪涂裝工藝:
國(guó)內(nèi)某大型車(chē)輪生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上,車(chē)輪的涂裝工藝為:上件、預(yù)脫脂(噴淋)、脫脂、水洗、水洗、酸洗(鹽酸)、水洗、水洗、水洗、中和、水洗、表調(diào)、磷化、水洗、水洗、水洗、純水洗、純水洗、陰極電泳、0次UF水洗、UF1水洗、UF2水洗、純水洗、純水洗、烘烤、下件(轉(zhuǎn)掛面涂線(xiàn))。全線(xiàn)采用連續(xù)式流水線(xiàn)生產(chǎn),浸槽為船形槽,前處理、電泳、烘道成循環(huán)輸送系統(tǒng),即共用一條輸送鏈。
二、涂裝中常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題
車(chē)輪夾縫的起泡返銹問(wèn)題:在生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上,常有車(chē)輪夾縫、焊縫等處磷化膜出現(xiàn)返銹,磷化膜不完整現(xiàn)象。電泳后車(chē)輪夾縫里出現(xiàn)漆膜起泡或者有類(lèi)似漆渣狀的物質(zhì)存在。另外,電泳后的車(chē)輪長(zhǎng)時(shí)間放在室外后,有時(shí)會(huì)從車(chē)輪夾縫處流出黃色銹水。在生產(chǎn)中,車(chē)輪夾縫越小,越易出現(xiàn)此類(lèi)問(wèn)題。

2改進(jìn)措施:(1)提高脫脂效果;(2)加強(qiáng)對(duì)工件脫脂后的水洗
